Refund
The consumer is authorized to cancel a transaction (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, including regulations derived from it) by providing notice in one of the following ways: in person (by phone or in-person oral notice at the branch); by registered mail; by email; by fax; and through the internet on this page. In the cancellation notice, the customer must specify their name and ID number, and if the cancellation notice was provided by phone - an additional identifying detail.
