Delivery types

For your convenience, there are various types of delivery for you to choose from.


Pickup from lockers - You choose the pickup point, near your home, on the way to work, during a trip, wherever you prefer. Once the package arrives, you will receive an SMS notification with all the details.

Pickup from stores - Instead of waiting for a delivery person, you choose a pickup point from a nearby business and collect your items whenever it's convenient for you.

Home delivery by courier - Exactly as it sounds!

Additional terms and conditions

  1. Deliveries will be made to addresses within the territory of the State of Israel only.
  2. The delivery time may vary between products and different delivery destinations (specified in the shopping cart).
  3. Despite the above, there are products for which the specified delivery methods do not apply, including products that require special handling as determined on the website (such as large items, electronics, furniture, refrigerated delivery, valuable items, works of art, products that require installation and/or assembly, etc.).
  4. Delivery terms, including the purchase amount and shipping cost, will be calculated separately for each shipment sent by any advertiser (including the company), as detailed in the shopping cart.
  5. Some sales pages on the website will display free shipping promotions.
  6. The company reserves the right to change delivery terms and costs from time to time, at its exclusive and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
  7. Delivery terms are subject to the terms of use of the website. Any action involving a delivery service constitutes acceptance and agreement to these delivery terms.
  8. Dear customer, pickup points may change. A notification about a change in the pickup point will be sent to you via a message (SMS).
  9. The aforementioned delivery terms do not apply to returns of products to advertisers or the company.
